Delivery
At our antique store, we take pride in delivering your order within 7 days, always providing a 2-hour delivery time window to suit your schedule. For customers who pay the full asking price, we offer free delivery to England and Wales. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 7 to 14 days, and we will deliver to the kerbside, unless you request otherwise. If you need help getting items up or down stairs, please let us know, and we will charge additional fees.
We also provide a separate quotation for Scotland and Northern Ireland delivery upon receipt of your postcode. Our courier service covers most parts of Europe and usually takes 14 to 21 days by road. For added protection, all items are fully insured and black-wrapped. If you are shipping internationally, we usually use Airfreight and deliver to your door in 10 to 14 days. We use custom-made crates for safe delivery and full insurance.
We have experience in shipping nationally and internationally, and our team can liaise with interior designers and project managers. If you have any specific requirements, we are happy to source pieces to your specifications.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a no-quibble refund policy. To initiate a return, please contact us by phone or email.
Once we have received your undamaged items, we’ll refund your original payment method. If possible, we’ll arrange for the item to be collected by one of our couriers. Please make sure the item is securely packaged to guarantee safe transportation.
Please note that if you cancel your order, there will be a charge for the initial delivery cost and cost of collection. These charges will be deducted from your original purchase price. If you paid by credit card, there will be an additional 3% charge to cover credit card fees.
