Charming 19th century Biedermeier style sewing table, mahogany on softwood. Straight, two-handed frame box on a telescopic column on saber-shaped legs. Filament and ribbon inlays. Four-sided tabletop with mirror veneer in compartments for sewing utensils. The table structurally sound with no evidence of any woodworm’s wonderful rich patina.
