A beautiful mid-century nest of three tables, crafted in the Queen Anne style and featuring richly figured burr walnut veneered tops.
Each tabletop displays a particularly attractive natural grain pattern, enhanced by a decorative central marquetry motif. The surfaces are protected by removable, custom-cut glass tops, helping to preserve the beautiful veneer while making the tables practical for everyday use.
The tables are framed by finely carved foliate borders, complemented by shaped aprons and elegant, slender cabriole legs. Further carved detailing to the upper sections of the legs adds depth and character to the design, while the gently shaped feet complete their refined appearance.
Designed to fit neatly beneath one another when not in use, the three tables provide a practical and space-saving addition to a living room, sitting room or bedroom.
The tables have been carefully cleaned, French polished and waxed, bringing out the warm walnut colour, beautiful grain and finely carved decoration.

Condition
Presented in very good vintage condition. The tables have been professionally cleaned, French polished and waxed, and the walnut retains a beautiful warm colour and lustre.
The glass tops are also in good condition. As with all vintage furniture, there may be minor signs of age and previous use, including light surface marks, fine scratches and subtle variations in colour and patina. These gentle signs of age are entirely consistent with authentic vintage furniture and do not detract from the tables’ appearance, quality or functionality.
