Delivery

Delivery cost is not included in the item price.

We kindly ask all customers to contact us prior to purchase with their full delivery postcode/address, so we can provide an accurate and tailored delivery quotation.We work with trusted courier partners and offer flexible delivery options, including door-to-door delivery, ground floor delivery, and room of choice delivery (such as first or second floor), upon request.

Each item is handled individually to ensure safe and secure transportation.

Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 7–14 days.

Our courier service covers most parts of Europe and usually takes 14 to 21 days by road. For added protection, all items are fully insured and black-wrapped. If you are shipping internationally, we usually use Airfreight and deliver to your door in 10 to 14 days. We use custom-made crates for safe delivery and full insurance.

We have experience in shipping nationally and internationally, and our team can liaise with interior designers and project managers. If you have any specific requirements, we are happy to source pieces to your specifications.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a no-quibble refund policy. To initiate a return, please contact us by phone or email.

Once we have received your undamaged items, we’ll refund your original payment method. If possible, we’ll arrange for the item to be collected by one of our couriers. Please make sure the item is securely packaged to guarantee safe transportation.

Please note that if you cancel your order, there will be a charge for the initial delivery cost and cost of collection. These charges will be deducted from your original purchase price. If you paid by credit card, there will be an additional 3% charge to cover credit card fees.
