Superb Art Deco Walnut & Rosewood Display Cabinet with Glass Shelf

£1450.00

Beautiful Art Deco walnut veneered display cabinet / cocktail cabinet dating from the circa 1930s period.

An exceptionally decorative and very well-designed piece, featuring stunning figured walnut veneers beautifully contrasted with elegant rosewood banding and edging throughout. The softly rounded corners and rich colour tones give the cabinet a wonderfully refined Art Deco appearance.

The upper section is fitted with sliding glazed doors and an internal glass shelf, making it ideal for displaying glassware, decorative objects, books or collectibles. The lower cupboard section provides additional practical storage behind a pair of beautifully figured cabinet doors.

This is a particularly stylish piece with excellent proportions and outstanding veneer patterns throughout. The contrast between the warm walnut tones and the darker rosewood edging creates a very luxurious and sophisticated look.

Raised on elegant square supports, the cabinet has a light and architectural feel while still offering very useful storage space.

A superb quality Art Deco cabinet with a very striking appearance — both highly decorative and practical.

We currently also have available in separate listings a matching sideboard and coffee table for anyone looking to create a more complete Art Deco interior setting.
